Account and Plans

Your Aloftly account allows you to create sessions, manage your subscription, and control your personal and organizational settings.

You can access your account settings from the Dashboard.

Creating an Account

To use Aloftly, you must first create an account.

To create an account:

  1. Go to aloftly.io

  2. Select Sign Up

  3. Enter your email address and password

  4. Complete the verification process

After verification, you can sign in and begin creating sessions.

Email Verification

After creating your account, you will receive a verification email.

Click the verification link to activate your account.

You must verify your email before accessing Aloftly features.

Signing In

To sign in:

  1. Go to aloftly.io

  2. Select Sign In

  3. Enter your email and password

After signing in, you will be directed to your Dashboard.

Account Settings

You can manage your account settings from the Dashboard sidebar.

Account settings allow you to:

  • Update your name and profile information

  • Update your email address

  • Manage your subscription

  • Delete your account

Changes are saved automatically.

Subscription Plans

Aloftly offers multiple subscription plans to support groups of different sizes and feature needs.

Plans determine:

  • Maximum number of participants per session

  • Access to advanced features

  • Availability of templates and reports

  • Availability of advanced raffle visual styles

  • Access to AI content generation

  • Access to Self-Paced Mode

You can view your current plan in your account settings.

Managing Your Subscription

To manage your subscription:

  1. Open your Dashboard

  2. Go to Account Settings

  3. Select Subscription

From there, you can:

  • View your current plan

  • Upgrade your plan

  • Change your plan

Plan changes take effect according to your subscription settings.

Plan Limits and Feature Access

Your plan determines access to certain features.

Examples include:

  • Number of participants allowed per session

  • Access to templates

  • Access to advanced raffle visual styles

  • Access to AI content generation

  • Access to reports and exports

If you reach your plan limits, you may need to upgrade to a higher plan to access additional capacity or features.

Deleting Your Account

You can permanently delete your account from the Account Settings page.

To delete your account:

  1. Go to Account Settings

  2. Select Delete Account

  3. Confirm the deletion request

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your profile

  • Your sessions

  • Your session data

This action cannot be undone. - Consider downgrading to the free plan to maintain your session history as an alternative to deleting your account.

Password Reset

If you forget your password:

  1. Go to the Sign In page

  2. Select Forgot Password

  3. Follow the instructions in the reset email

You will receive a secure link to reset your password.

Data and Session Ownership

All sessions you create are associated with your account.

You can access, manage, duplicate, and delete your sessions from your Dashboard.

Session data remains available until you delete your account or remove individual sessions.
